  Hello!  I'm so glad you have chosen Colour Lust Hair Studio for your hair needs. I'm so excited to meet you!

  First things first, I'll have you fill out the new client form at the bottom of this page. This form will help me gather a better idea of your hair currently and what you are looking for. Once I receive your form I will contact you if I have any questions about your request. Next, you will receive a confirmation text once the appointment is approved. 

 When you arrive in the parking lot of Select Salon Studios please message me and I will let you know when I am ready for you to meet me at the front door. Masks are currently mandatory at this time for both you and I, the service provider.  (Due to covid-19 there are more strict rules to keep us both safe.) I will escort you back to my studio and we will get your consultation started!

 Once you are in my chair we will begin to talk about your hair goals, hair history, and your expectations.

 A customized formula and technique will be created just for you. I will also recommend color-safe shampoo and conditioner that will help maintain your look longer. I will walk you through what products to use to best suit your new look as well as share with you how I am styling your hair.

 We'll wrap up your appointment by setting up your next one to maintain your new look! You can expect a follow up text or email to ensure you are just as happy with your hair a week after your appointment as you were when you left. 

*Please note, I am not accepting new hair cut only clients at this time. Haircuts will only be booked with a color service*

CANCELLATIONS

I ask that if you have to cancel you do so AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be required to put down a deposit of $50 to go towards any future appointment booked. This deposit will go towards your  appointment unless you cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time and therefor forfeit the deposit.   A fee of 25% of your scheduled service will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. No showing will result in a  fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Thank you for understanding!

CHILDREN

I love meeting your new babies! Unfortunately, the salon is not a place for mobile children. Due to the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects in the salon, I kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the salon due to limited space and the safety of all guests. 

RETAIL

All items have a 7-day exchange policy if they are still in new/unused condition. Defective items will be replaced. Items cannot be returned if used or opened.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

The goal is to use your inspiration photos to give you a look of your own, I cannot give you an exact carbon copy. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Colour Lust Hair Studio immediately so that adjustment can be made as refunds will not be given. Complimentary adjustments must be within 7 days of the original service. Colour Lust Hair Studio will not be liable for hair color or cuts done by someone else.
